Help Change the Evaluation System – Make Your Voice Heard Now

During a special session of the legislature in January of 2010, Tennessee’s First to the Top Act was voted into law which ultimately resulted in the evaluation system we have today. This system, unfortunately, is causing great stress, anxiety and confusion among teachers and administrators across Tennessee.

When the House Education Committee meets on Tuesday, Nov. 1, and Wednesday, Nov. 2, they will be discussing this very issue. Now is the time to contact your legislators and Commissioner Kevin Huffman to voice your concerns about the evaluation system.
