YOUR working conditions. 12/7 School Board meeting


A Memorandum of Understanding  (MOU) on YOUR salary and working conditions will be on the next school board agenda. Some highlights:

  • Extension of the Longevity step
  • Bereavement Leave 
  • Equitable division of extra duties
  • Grievance procedure

The School Board Meeting at the Central Office December 7 at 5pm. Let your board members know you would like them to adopt the MOU! The conferencing team has worked on the language in this MOU for several years, please thank the members of those teams.

    Bereavement leave would be amazing! I had to take sick days when my father died. When I worked in Sevier County we had three days when an immediate family member died
