New Teacher retreat

Registration for the 2018 New Teacher Retreat is now open online:http://www.teateachers.org/new-teacher-retreat. We have a limited number of spaces available, so please encourage your early career educators to register quickly.

The event is moving to East Tennessee this year to the beautiful, historic Alex Haley Farm in Clinton, Tenn. Per the recommendation of the New Teacher Committee, we have moved the retreat to November. This year’s retreat will take place Friday, Nov. 2 – Sunday, Nov. 4.

The registration fee is $75 for TEA members and $300 for potential members. Registration includes double-occupancy lodging; conference materials; and dinner on Friday, breakfast/lunch/dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. There is an option on the registration form for those who wish to pay an increased registration fee to have a private room.
